Welcome to The Process!  This is a blog where I will reflect on my thoughts in education.  I have been very excited and motivated by my PLN.  This includes colleagues from Twitter, Facebook, and a handful of Nings.  A learning network is a wonderful place to share and support fellow educators.  You can look forward to many entries in the near future.  I love to teach...and as the blog title relays, teaching and educating is truly a process.
